Everybody you've just purchased a home, but you don't have access to it yet and you want new garage doors before you move in. So it's a new house. You don't have access to it yet. Can you get a quote on a new garage door? I've asked Adam Greer from easy lift garage doors to help us answer that question, Adam, how are you? Uh Great. How are you doing? Fantastic. So how do you solve that problem? People uh don't have access to the new home yet, but they want to get the garage door replaced before they move in. Yeah, so we could give a, a guessimate, uh is the best we can do. I just clarify that I can, uh based on what you've told me on the side, um, you know, we can give you a close, uh almost usually accurate, but I definitely as a company, we prefer to get our, you know, we need to get on site uh before we finalize any deal, take uh measurements and, and make sure the style they're looking for and hoping for uh can be met. Uh But typically we can give, um, a rough, almost 100% accurate, uh, quote just by, you know, by measuring from the outside. Uh, maybe the homeowners already thrown a tape measure on there. Uh, so, yes, is the final, uh, estimate I don't like to finalize till I've seen it. Uh, but we can, we can pretty much meet your need. Adam, you've been doing this for a very long time and you could probably just drive up to the house and take a quick look and be pretty close. Yes. Yeah, it's sometimes you get thrown off the, the heights here in the, you know, height of a door here in the Houston area. Sometimes they're not quite seven ft tall and metal. That's one of the reasons when you do it, they're like six ft. Uh, they've got this so you have to have a special top section and sometimes from the street. Uh, that's, I've missed that a time or two. Um, why I just, we just like to finalize by throwing a tape measure up and, and then seeing the inside making sure there's no obstacles that they weren't able to tell me about.
