Can I Trust God to be Present in my Life?

from Growing and Witnessing · host Clint Davis

"Can I trust God to be present in my life?" is a very real question that very real people ask often. You may be asking the same question this morning, especially at this Christmas time. Initially, we all answer with a resounding, “Yes!” “Of course we can trust God to be present in our lives,” we may say. And, we're right. But, what happens when we get out of the theoretical and into the practical, the reality of our lives — the place we spend our time, the place where pain and doubt cloud our thinking? Can we trust him then? Can we trust him to be present when he seems so far away and our circumstances are too great to bear? Join us as we dive into this question and its answer from Matthew's gospel. Also, we apologize for the scruffy recording. The lapel mic rubbed on the jacket throughout.
