Can multiple identities exist in communities? This is the daily service blood gas with Anthony Coleman. I do this exercise on personalities in my seminars, right? We have people choose words, random words, at least three, four, five, six of these words.
And then I show them after they've chosen words for categories based on hypothesis for humors or Myers-Briggs or day as see for personalities. And they begin to see, or they knew before, it was to be affirmed. They're either, they're one of the four. Oh, five red.
This is another model from inside space in UK, which is the extroverted, that's where I'm the person, or sunshine yellow, the extroverted people, the person, the cold blue, the introverted, that's where I'm the person, or the earth green, the introverted people, the person. And you see people light up. Oh my God, that is who I am, you know? Yes, I identify with that energy.
It affirms what I took when I was in college. This is me, but then I do have to remind them that yes, it is you, but somebody beside you is different from you and all need to be honored. Each one has to be maximized in any team. All have to be celebrated, no biases towards better personality types, right?
Or in institutions, no clicks with those that you are categorized with. No, I don't know. I don't know, I don't know. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
I mean, I don't know, I'm not below. No, no, no, no judgments also for those who have more value. Eric Erickson, in the social jungle of human existence, there is no feeling of being alive without a sense of identity. And yes, multiple identities exist.
And for the good depends on your mindset, in every community. Whether it is also my old identity, here we go. So not just multiple persons, but one person with multiple identities. Whether it is my old identity or my evolved one, both should still be celebrated.
Second Corinthians 517, therefore, if anyone is in Christ, and I wasn't always in Christ, he is a new creation. All things have passed away, behold, all things have become new. How do I celebrate both the past if that is gone? Well, not gone for my memory.
My past pains and hurts are no laughing matter. Don't get me wrong. There are still scars with wounds not completely healed, but they are not as much burdens today as they are blessings. Not obstacles, but more opportunities to empathize with others.

I think I shared this once in one of my now 200 podcast episodes. Thank you for being part of it. It was a time without studying less, former ambassador and former foreign minister. As I shared my burden of trying to unify so many different nationalities in that organization that I had served.
Different nationalities from every region of the world, Africa, Asia, Latin America, Europe, North America, South America. And I was asking you, how can I unify all these people given their different backgrounds and nationalities and ethnicities, their biases? He looked at me, he said, Anthony, your question is wrong from the beginning. Do not seek to unify by looking at differences.
Instead, find what is common. And you will succeed. Wow. B.R.
and Bedker, unlike a drop of water which loses its identity when it joins the ocean, man does not lose his being in the society in which he lives. Man's life is independent. He is born not for the development of the society alone, but for the development of himself. Multiple identities do exist and should exist in communities.
But we should not see it as a problem. But rather as opportunities. Happy engaging with another identity in your family, your company and in your community today.
