Can Nature Improve Your Wellbeing?

from Neil Wilkins Podcast · host Neil Wilkins

Can nature improve your wellbeing at work and in other aspects of your life? Occupational Psychologist, Naomi Stone, believes it can and has the research evidence to prove it. Naomi has spent many years researching and studying biophilia. The biophilia hypothesis (also called BET) suggests that humans possess an innate tendency to seek connections with nature and other forms of life. Naomi believes that even the smallest of natural interactions, from pot plants to views of nature, can have a profound effect on how we feel. Neil Wilkins talks to Naomi about many of the things we can all do to bring a little more nature into our everyday working and home lives. For more information, follow Naomi on Twitter or email her.
