Now his company Ferocity Assets is on pace to make $1.5 million for this year without him even graduating from college yet. Takeaways Pick your niche and go into it. Invest and continue educating yourself in the business. Money goes by, but the knowledge and skills gained retain. Don’t look at marketing as an expense look at it as an investment. If you invest in yourself, you won’t fail. The only time you fail is when you quit. Partner with someone who shares your vision. Hire the right people and place them on the right seats. About Steve Trang Steve Trang is the founder of the Real Estate Disruptors movement and host of the Real Estate Disruptors Podcast.
