This week I talk about how I was in the shit. My ego was out, inner child was freaking out, my nervous system was out of whack. It was a rough month, and I was not able to come on here and share with you all! I also talk about how suffering is internal and also can it be environmental/ external? It was hard for me to be alone but also hard to be around people at the same time.
