To begin an all new edition of The DFO Rundown, Jason and Frank talked about a pair of teams that are currently fighting through some pretty big injury problems.For the Colorado Avalanche, the sheer number of players they’re missing is the problem. With the likes of Ross Colton, Arturri Lehkonen and Jonathan Drouin joining Gabriel Landeskog and Valeri Nichuskin on the injured reserve, they’re basically missing everyone in their top-six with the exception of Mikko Rantanen and Nathan MacKinnon. Can Jared Bednar and company get through this stretch without putting themselves too far behind in the Central Division?The Oilers are only dealing with one injury but it’s a big one as they’ll be without Connor McDavid for the next 2-3 weeks.
