One of the questions concerning the Gaza ceasefire framework is the possible role for the Palestinian Authority in a post-war Gaza. All countries agree that the Palestinian Authority (PA) must be reformed, but none have defined what reform is. Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) has authored a Roadmap for Palestinian Authority reform – 10 essential and quantifiable steps that define necessary changes and the ways to implement them. According to PMW, without reform in each of the 10 categories, the PA will remain a terror-supporting entity.
