The one quote that dominated headlines this week was Predators GM Barry Trotz saying that if his team doesn’t turn it around he will start looking at his rebuilding plans. Things are ugly in Nashville after they spent more than any other team this offseason, can it turn around soon? They gave their thoughts.They then got into another struggling team in the West. The Anaheim Ducks were hoping to step out of their rebuild and start pushing for a playoff spot with their young core but it is not going to plan. Lukas Dostal is looking like a future star between the pipes but even with his elite play, they’re struggling to win. Does something need to change in Anaheim?
