Can the Three Seas Initiative Deliver?

from Visegrad Insight Podcast · host Res Publica Foundation

The  Three Seas Initiative (3SI) is an ambitious initiative supported by 12 EU member states who seek to improve north-south connectivity by means of energy, digital, and transportation structure. Earlier this week in Tallinn, a number of declarations were made at a joint 3SI meeting by the countries involved,  however, how much can the initiative deliver to meet high expectations in the upcoming years? We discuss the general significance of such a  cross-country initiative and the particular importance of 3SI for some Central European countries with Jiří Schneider, a policy analyst and a former Czech Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs as well as former Executive Director at Aspen Institute Central Europe.
