Can You Be a Medium without Being Spiritual?

from Spirit Portal · host Erika Anderson

Do we over-spiritualize mediumship? Or not enough? In a world where mediumship is often framed as a deeply spiritual path (at least by me!) what happens if that doesn't resonate with you? In this episode, I break down the difference between mediumship as an ability and spirituality as a framework- and why the two don't necessarily go hand in hand.  I also share my own experience of how mediumship became a gateway into something sacred, while honoring that there are powerful mediums who don't identify as spiritual at all.  I wanted to create this conversation to open the door to a bigger question of: How do you feel as a medium, and is there a pressure to try to fit into someone else's version of mediumship or have you found your own.....? Erika Anderson is an evidential psychic medium. She is a mentor for others on their journey. She teaches classes, workshops and hosts events for developmental growth for mediums and psychics and channeling. She also offers soul readings, mediumship readings and group events/readings.  To learn more: www.spiritualmediumerika.com and on IG@mediumerikaanderson   Much love to you beautiful people!
