Can you CHOOSE to LOVE yourself?

This past week has kicked my ass. Shadow side was illuminated from this past New Moon...anyone else? I love our shadow side because it helps us to assess what is worth our energetic investments and what is not and needs to be shed or released. But OOF it can be ROUGH. It's so easy to focus on what's not working in our lives.  To focus on lack. To focus on how we want to change, or we aren't where we want to be in our lives and feel like we are not enough. I am all about feeling our feelings, acknowledging our truth and processing them... After we feel and see where our feelings are rooting from… Can you choose to love yourself? Can you choose to come back into gratitude? Can you choose to anchor back into how amazing you already are? Yes. What are 5-11 things that you love about yourself right now in this moment? What are 5 things that you are grateful for right now in this moment? Allow yourself to illuminate what it is that you LOVE about yourself. Come back into TRUST. Knowing that life is happening for you...even better than you can imagine, in Divine timing.
