Can You Phrase An Appropriate Question?

You may have noticed by now that asking the wrong question is not the right way to make a good impression on someone that has spilled their heart out to you.  Knowing what questions to ask and when to ask them is key in building healthy rapport because it shows the listener that they had our "full attention".   In today's pour, we will engage in an exercise of sorts to strengthen our ability to construct questions from any topic based on what we hear.  I have recorded myself asking a variety of questions on several topics to provide you with the chance to "soak-in" how questions can be formed from a multitude of ways. There will be work to do and those that complete the work will not only strengthen their existing knowledge of English, but be able to use it more effectively in a social situation.
