Even if you feel uneasy, do not act on it, do not demand reassurance, and do not ask why she has not texted back yet.Stop texting your girlfriend constantly if you want a healthier dating life. Constant texting makes every delay feel bigger than it is. Taking an hour or more to reply should be normal, and a man should not apologize or explain himself every time he takes time to respond. If girls lose interest after one to three dates, the dates may not be exciting enough. Repeating dinner, coffee, or sit-down conversation dates can kill momentum. After the first date, plan something more active or interesting so the connection does not feel stagnant.Go for sex on the first date if the opportunity is there. If you want better dating results, you need to create romantic and sexual momentum early. Trying to bring her home on the first date, or at least by the second date, keeps the interaction from becoming dull or overly platonic.Women do not need to share your hobbies to be worth dating. A woman’s hobbies do not have to match yours. What matters more is whether she has a good attitude and is willing to join you for activities you enjoy.Do not expect money, height, or self-improvement alone to keep women interested. Being six feet tall, earning six figures, working out, or having your life together can help, but those traits do not automatically create attraction or keep a woman around. If dating apps are not working, focus on approaching women in real life. Dating apps are often a bad fit for men who are not getting matches or replies. Public approach gives you a better chance to show personality, confidence, and presence beyond a profile photo.Being short or below average looking does not mean you should give up on dating. Height and looks can create disadvantages, but they are not automatic dealbreakers. A man who is 5'7" can still date successfully, especially by approaching women in public and improving his style, body, and confidence.Do not feel pressured to say “I love you” after only one month of dating. If a woman says “I love you” quickly, you do not need to force yourself to say it back before you mean it. Keep dating at your own pace and let her decide whether the timeline works for her.If she unmatched you after a good first date, text her instead of overthinking it. Unmatching after exchanging numbers does not automatically mean rejection. If the date went well and you have her phone number, send a clear message to set up the next date and get your answer.
