Can you sue an insurance adjuster in Missouri? (Ep. 33)

For all its faults, we don’t see #insurance adjusters sued as often in Missouri as in other states. That said, a Missouri appellate court recently reversed a summary judgment entered in favor of an adjuster on a negligence theory.
