Can Your Body Really Heal Itself? with Cristy Berry

from Sweet Herbin' Livin'

In this episode, I sit down with Cristy Berry, a natural wellness practitioner who brings over 20 years of experience helping women find real answers to their health challenges. Cristy’s journey into holistic health began with her own story. After working as a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, she faced multiple health conditions that conventional medicine couldn’t resolve. In 2008, she turned to holistic practices, went back to school, and completely reshaped her career and her own health—reversing insulin resistance, healing from mold illness, overcoming PCOS without medication, restoring hormone balance, eliminating daily pain, and regaining her energy and resilience. Her ideal clients are women ages 35–55 who feel unheard in the conventional system—women told their labs are “normal,” but who know deep down something is off. Cristy helps them uncover root causes, reclaim vitality, and experience transformation. Guided by her faith and values, Cristy believes in putting God first, family second, and practice third. She emphasizes authenticity, relationships, and listening deeply to both the body and the client’s story. 🌿 Connect with Cristy: 🖥️Website: www.bfitholistichealthandwellness.com 🌿Facebook: B Fit Wellness with Cristy - https://www.facebook.com/Bfitwellnesswithcristy?mibextid=LQQJ4d 🎧Instagram: @bfit.wellness Connect with Beth: 🖥️Sweet Herbin’ Livin’ - Upcoming Events and Courses online and in person: 📌https://www.sweetherbinlivin.com/events 🌿https://www.sweetherbinlivin.com/education Connect with Beth: Instagram: @SweetHerbinLivin Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SweetHerbinLivin Website: https://www.sweetherbinlivin.com/ Rate, Review & Follow: If you were encouraged by this episode, please consider rating and reviewing the show.
