Canada and EU Forge Deeper Alliance | Calgary News

Canada’s Prime Minister Mark Carney unveiled a bold vision for a deeper, values-driven partnership with the European Union, proposing strategic collaboration in defense, AI, energy, and critical minerals — even as he hinted at Canada’s potential role as an associate member.
