Canada Post’s decision to halt its ‘neighbourhood mailing’ service is rippling through communities across the country. For small businesses and arts organizations, it was one of the most cost-effective ways to reach their audiences. The Firehall Arts Centre here in Vancouver has relied on this targeted mailing every year to connect with patrons in nearby neighbourhoods.
