His work focused on Eastern Europe and he continues to both write and provide expert commentary on the situation in Ukraine and the work of NATO. - Chris Shapardoanov is a Senior Associate with David Pratt & Associates. Formerly a member of the NATO International Staff and Canadian diplomat, he served as our Ambassador to Finland and oversaw global security partnerships.
