Canadian Economic Conditions, Understanding Conspiracy Theories, and Kickstarting the New Year with Healthy Resolutions

from The Morning Brew with Andrew Schultz · host Corus Radio

According to a new study, nearly half of Canadian workers feel that economic conditions in Canada are “poor”. We checked in with Dr Scott Shieman (Shee-man), a Professor of Sociology and Research Chair at the University of Toronto to talk about the economy and many of the other issues we’re up against. People love a good conspiracy theory, but why? We talk with conspiracy researcher and lecturer at the University of Waterloo Dr Carmen Celestini about how to identify a conspiracy theory and whether there’s any truth behind them. 2024 is all about getting our mind and body healthy…but what about your heart? To discuss heart health and what we can all be doing better to keep our ticker ticking, we chatted with Nutritionist Dr. Michael Garko.
