Canadian Flying Saucer Director 1958 lecture in Vancouver BC

In this recovered audio Wilbert B. Smith gives a lecture in 1958 to a group in Vancouver. Smith headed up Project Magnet which ran from 1950-1954 when an unidentified object was detected over a flying saucer observatory that Smith built in the Nations capitol. Smith was also the official who wrote the Top Secret memo on flying saucers where he details what he was told by American officials. This included 1. Flying saucers are real 2.
