Canadian Journalist and Photographer Louie Palu talks about being at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021

Louie Palu was working for National Geographic on January 6, 2021. His assignment took him to the U.S. Capitol and placed him amongst the crowd both outside and inside the building. He was hit, shoved and confronted. He shielded himself from rubber bullets being fired down some of the most hallowed halls in America. Palu described to 980 CFPL's Mike Stubbs what it was like to capture the events of that day as they unfolded in front of him.
