Canada's Premiers have gathered in PEI for the Summer meeting of the Council of the Federation. They also met with Prime Minister Carney on Tuesday for an update on Canada's tariff response. While all provincial leaders are preaching unity, some have different views of whether Canada should retaliate or negotiate.
