Happy to be here. Excited to share some great content. Speaker 0 (54s): Absolutely. Well, we're excited to get into it. I thought would, would be a bit of a treat for listeners is to talk a little bit about what we normally talk about, which is real estate and maybe zero in a little bit on the focus of what you do in brokerage in the companies that you've built. And I take it today. You're joining us from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Is that correct? Yeah. Speaker 1 (1m 16s): Nailed it in Hamilton, Ontario. Speaker 0 (1m 18s): Perfect. For those that don't know, that'd be a, I guess a pretty solid one hour west of Toronto, great area to invest. Well, Sandy, you've worn a number of different hats over the last few years. You've done some pretty impressive things on the real estate investing side, as well as brokerage. You were actually introduced to me by, by my partner that I work with in commercial real estate. And what we do with most of our guests is take a step back and talk a little bit about how you initially got into real estate. So how did it all start for you? Speaker 1 (1m 49s): Yeah, I mean, I got, I got, you know, got when way down the path further than I ever thought in the real estate world starting out. I mean, we kind of reached out for that as a book in my life and my, my, my whole outlook on life and my path, my, my wife now girlfriend at the time we kind of were working together actually. Yeah. Give or take 10 years ago. And, and, and somehow got came across that book. It went to a weekend seminar thing with the ric
