It’s a tough balancing act, and sometimes, it feels like the goals I’ve been visualizing and working towards are just out of reach. But amidst the chaos, I’m discovering that just because my plans aren’t coming together right now doesn’t mean they won’t happen eventually. This episode is perfect for anyone grappling with the uncertainties of life, be it health-related or otherwise. We’re all just trying to find our way, right?I’ll talk about the importance of acknowledging our feelings and how sometimes the goals we’re striving for can seem far away, even if they’re still within reach.
