I used to think I could plan for things, but now, life’s giving me a whole new perspective. This episode, I’m taking you with me through the ups and downs of showing up as I am, whether that’s at the gym, lifting lighter weights than I used to, or simply getting through the day.I'll be sharing a conversation I had with a man who’s been fighting his own cancer battle for over a year, reminding me that every day is different and unpredictable.
