Those are truthful & beautiful words describing the body which is the temple of God. Candi Staton is a great singer and songwriter. Some of you may know her best as a soul R&B singer, but she has made some beautiful gospel songs as well. I remember when she appeared on the Trinity Broadcasting Network TV show “New Direction”. Her sister Maggie Staton and Felicia Calloway would do background vocals for her. God gave Candi so much talent, but he also gave her a new direction. (Singing) New Direction That’s what you have given me.” That’s what she would sing when her show “New Direction” would come on the air for television back in 1989.
