His highly decorated service includes combat deployments, and humanitarian missions, where he served as a Civil Affairs SNCOIC in operations and planning. He is 100% permanently disabled from combat service. Jason has three young children (Danger, Thunder, and Lightning) with his wife Amanda, an underwater photographer. They are expecting their fourth child in May, 2022, and live in China Springs, Texas. Jason and Amanda enjoy sport shooting their many AR-15s (complete with their 30 round magazines), and various sidearms. They also enjoy fishing, hiking, and an occasional night out to dinner when they can find a babysitter. Jason looks forward to tackling key issues that matter to those he seeks to Represent in TX-17, including Veterans Affairs, Government over-regulation, medical freedom, unconstitutional mandates, and a climate deadly to small businesses and farmers. He will focus his service on passing real, Conservative legislation, promoting Conservative ideals, and focusing on constituents in his District. He has committed to receiving only the median income in his district as compensation, and has pledged to be investment free for the entirety of his service to the District.
