I've lost count of how many times I watched it. The story was so compelling and what kid doesn't dream of swimming in a chocolate river or eating a marshmallow flower?!? As delicious as they all seem, we know excessive sweets are not the best for your body. Many people have dietary restrictions, either by choice or by necessity.  Our guest today is one such person. After a period of unknown discomfort, Jenn found out she had Celiac Disease which is an immune reaction to eating gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and rye. And shortly after that, she was found to be diabetic, which was common to others in her family. So food and nutrition became a new challenge and she did not allow it to ruin her life. In fact, she took this difficulty and decided to research and experiment with various ingredients until she found combinations that meet both diabetic and Keto requirements. And hence Jenn's Keto Treats was born.
