Cannabis Investments In Florida

from USCC Expo Experience · host Cannabis Radio

Today we spoke with Liza Santana, the founder from Creativas Group. We spoke about doing publicity for her first ever cannabis-related event and what kind of obstacles she confronted throughout the process. We also ask her about any issues with existing clients and what she took away from the experience and what other PR Firms taking on cannabis clients could learn from this. Ms. Santana has been working in public relations, marketing, branding, promotions, media, advertising, and events for nearly two decades and has provided public relations and marketing counsel to a number of corporations, South Florida based non-profit organizations and internationally-recognized events. Some of the companies she worked for prior to opening the firm include The Miami Herald/ El Nuevo Herald, Spanish Broadcasting and The New Miami/ Broward Palm Beach Times. Currently, the industries the firm focuses on: entertainment, travel, luxury, tourism, and hospitality, culinary, cigars, spirits, finance and fashion. Also, we spoke with Daniel Simon, the founder of the Simon Wealth Group Wealth Management Reserve, who has started to service the cannabis, hemp and CBD industries. We talk about the issues surrounding cannabis investments in Florida, the change in the investment environment when it comes to working with cannabusinesses. Plus, we talk about the options being presented to some of their high-profile clients willing to invest in cannabis to diversify their portfolio.
