Comic writer Frank Martin returns to the show this week to first help us recall our favorite space adventures from throughout pop culture in our Retro Roundtable! This conversation comes with a caveat, no mention of Star Wars! So we successfully discuss space stories without it turning into yet another one of our Star Wars conversations. This first issue of Grimm Space is a 28 page one shot that re-tells Jack and the Beanstalk with Easter-eggs from classics like Alien and Star Wars. But the story is also filled with references for other fairy tale characters such as Pinocchio, the Big Bad Wolf, and Rumpelstiltskin.
