“Send Coach John a message”Super reflective post here that I found from The Mindfulness Meditation Institute (@TrainingMindful) where we are reminded that “You can’t change the people around you, but you can change the people around you. Read that again.” This reminded me that I can’t change the people around me - what they say, what they think, what they do, etc. But, I can change the people around me as to who is around me, who I let influence me along with who I spend my time connecting to.
