Maria and Julio are joined by Alina Das, professor at the New York University School of Law, co-director of the NYU Immigrant Rights Clinic, and author of the new book, No Justice In The Shadows: How America Criminalizes Immigrants. They unpack the history of criminalization of Black and Brown immigrant communities and discuss what immigration policies to expect from the Biden-Harris administration.
