Can't do anything Right

Sometimes you go back and try to write responses to songs you wrote a few years ago. This one is the response to "I Can't Rely on You" from the perspective of the person that song is about. I know it's silly that I used "I Can't" for both, but I figured it would link them. This one has more attitude- it's more sarcastic and acerbic. i cant do anything right for you every slip a trip a new excuse so why even have me if my actions are maddening and youdon't approve of what I do? fall on my face without your grace constantly remind I'm a klutz you're quick to find a brand new way to knock me down tell me why you hang around if i'm a long term project you don't even like if its the same you might as well just walk away and find yourself someone else to hate but if it's not this sick obsession that you've got is something else i don't want I can't do anything right for you not even If you're the one who chooses The next big thing i'm moving on put a target on my back - i'm gone cause I'm the one whose gonna lose.
