Todd has completed over 100 house flips, including a 20-unit mobile home park and a ski resort, while using those profits to build his rental portfolio. Today his focus is on operating value-add commercial real estate in the Midwest. Todd is also the host of the podcast Pillars of Wealth Creation and is passionate about teaching others how to create a business and how to take control of their finances.Todd lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with his wife and 2 kids. Todd is into downhill and water skiing, hunting, camping, hiking, hockey, and running.
