Capo, was influential to the development of several artists on the label, along with many others, helping guide and support careers of artists like, Rich The Kid, Lil Scrappy, the late Speaker Knockerz, and more. Capo who gives credit to his cousin Halim Rice, an label executive and manager for Rap Icon, 50 Cent and G-Unit Records, as teaching him the music industry from the inside out. Capo built his current agency “IMS Marketing” in 2017, and has since become a power house in the social media world. There isn’t many agencies out there with a client list as long as “IMS” long list of who’s who, using him and his team for their services. “IMS” was part of the social media promotion teams for the famous “Pop Eye’s Chicken Sandwhich” fiasco of 2019 that took social media by storm. No longer focused on just the music industry, Capo, has been apart and responsible for bringing some of the best new products and entertainment to the eyes of Millions of social media users. Capo’s agency, manages and controls well over 10,000 social media accounts for celebrities, businesses, musicians, and entertainers worldwide. He credits his business partners, and clients for his success and quick rise to social media dominance. “We’ve perfected our system, and the results prove it. Our clients never have to look outside of “IMS MARKETING” for their social media and public awareness campaigns.” 2020 has proved no different as Newland, is preparing to launch his new marketing firm with friend and business partners Pierre Balian & Kyle Treadwell with a new home office based in Las Vegas. Pierre at a young age was a competitive figure skater and would go to win multiple national titles and travel the globe. In 2010, his career as a figure skater would come to an end due to an injury sustained during the European Championship which also happened to be the Olympic qualifying competition for that year. He would go on to enroll as a Fashion Design major at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merch where he would graduate and begin a brief career as a stylist for artists such as Chris Brown, Jeremih, and The Game. In 2012, he begun a new chapter in his life by diving into the music industry and becoming a quick learner, hanging out in the studio suddenly became a job. In 2014, he was introduced to Justin Bieber where he spent hours in the studio with him observing and learning. Since then, he has been in the studio working on various talented artists such as SK8, G Eazy, Stanaj, French Montana and may more. In 2017, Pierre launched his company, For The Culture Couture, with a focus on music and marketing. His extensive network of social media influencers and knowledge of social media marketing enabled him to be a force to be reckoned with. Pierre’s marketing experience has gained the companies he has worked with a combined total of 15 million followers, over a billion impressions, and they have reached hundreds of millions of people in a short amount of time with organic and real results.
