Tras realizarse la primera lectura del dictamén en sesión matutina y luego de tres recesos la Cámara Alta aprobó las reformas a los artículos 105 y 107 de la Carta Magna que establece la ininpugnabilidad de las adiciones o reformas a la Constitución Federal.Previamente, en comisiones la iniciativa fue modificada, se anuló la adición a los Artículos Primero y Tercero, así como los respectivos transitorios.
