Episode 1: Captain Lutheran and the 100-Pound Amp Welcome to SideBlinded, the podcast where faith meets the funny side of church life. In our very first episode, Greg and Jonathan swap stories from years of serving on worship and sound teams, and things go off the rails pretty quickly. In this episode: Growing up Lutheran: choirs, organs, robes, and the colored sashes nobody could explain, plus the birth of "Captain Lutheran" A "lightweight" amp that weighed about 100 pounds Sneaking a cartoon theme song into worship to see who was paying attention The Lego game that hands out a "True Believer" badge Why insurance commercials are like this Dying on the hill, being wrong, and learning to eat that crow New episodes drop every Tuesday. If you laughed, follow the show and share it with a friend from church who'd get it. Jesus. Tangents. Life. #SideBlinded #ChristianPodcast #ChurchLife #WorshipTeam #ChristianComedy
