Hard lights leave sharp edge shadows. Think of hard light like a focused beam. Hard light can feel more contrasty and create depth. The smaller the source, the harder the light will be. Altitude- High vs. Low Color – Warm vs. cool Intensity – Bright vs. Dark Texture – Creating texture on objects with the use of light.
