Car crashes through front window of South Philly restaurant

A South Philly restaurant reopened Saturday just hours after a car crashed through its front window early in the morning. Surveillance video shows a silver SUV driving through the front window of La Catrachita in a shopping center off Columbus Boulevard around 2:30 a.m. Philadelphia police say the driver fled the scene and have confirmed a hit-and-run occurred at the restaurant. They have not announced any arrests in connection with the incident. No injuries have been reported. Anyone with information about what happened is asked to contact Philly police.
