Is that too much? I’m seeing results but I’m concerned about kidney damage. I consume 1800 calories per day, so protein is roughly 200 grams. ✔ 7:10 Are you at all concerned about pre workout supplements? A lot of them have quite a bit of caffeine from coffee and green tea and a bunch of other ingredients that help supposedly with focus, energy, recovery etc. I use one here and there (by earth nutri right now) but wonder sometimes if that’s overkill?
