Cardinal Nichols on Week Two of the Youth Synod - The Call to Love

Cardinal Vincent Nichols is in Rome for a three-week international bishops' meeting looking at the theme 'Young People, Faith and Vocational Discernment'. He has sent us this audio report as we near the end of the second week. Cardinal Vincent talks about the energetic debates and the infectious joy that young people have brought to the proceedings. Discussions this week centred on exploring a deeper sense of what vocation means in our human existence - that our essential vocation is to love. The 2018 Synod of Bishops runs until 28 October 2018.
