Cardinal is a Solana Protocol that enhances the utility of NFTs by allowing minters and holders to issue them to beneficiaries with intrinsic caveats governing the receipt & ownership. To accomplish this, the protocol creates a wrapper around a Solana NFT that facilitates programmatic management of its life cycle according to any number of issuer-specified parameters.
