Rama leads a team of ~50 technologists, business and finance professionals to create the future, including crypto-funded cards. Recently, she was recognized as Innovator of the Year in the Women in IT Summit & Award Series.    With over 30 years of financial and technology experience, Rama shares with us the ups and downs of her experience taking a career break.
