Career Choices: Dynamic Ikigai

In this episode we look at the Ikigai framework and argue that is inspiring and intuitive, but alone is not very helpful to assist with early-career decisions. We suggest that in order to find Ikigai, one needs to dance around the Venn diagram and experiment fearlessly before finding passion.
