The theme of personal and business success is commitment, a sincere desire to achieve, put in the time, and do not take any shortcuts. It dawned on me that these same methodologies applied to your own good health. To remain healthy, you need to remain committed. You also need a sincere approach to your own health and not take shortcuts.
