This week we cover two more tips of my 10 tips for career success. Knowing the review process is critical to a successful career. I have taught all my team members how to dissect the review sheet and how to map a course to ensure they always came out on top. Finding your passion and adding value are key components in your longevity at any company. If you lose any one of these, you might start thinking of getting a mentor or an exit plan.
