Women in STEM careers in Lebanon experience gendered microaggressions at work, including microinsults and microinvalidation.Dr Yasmeen Makarem and Dr Beverly Metcalfe conducted a qualitative study with 21 women in Lebanon working in STEM fields to better understand these experiences.
