In this episode we will talk about the need for doing all the calculations when we look at the Undesirable Outcomes. We want to be careful about making any assumptions or just go by gut feeling or on how big the issue seems to be on the surface of things.

Instead we want to actually have the discipline to go through the motions and do all the calculations to find out in detail just how much each issue is costing us, either as an actual expenditure and or as an opportunity cost.

Only when we have made the calculations, can we make educated decisions on what do to about the issue at hand and also on how much to prioritize the fixing of the current issue as opposed to other issues.
