Caregiving is Hard AF

JP just had total knee replacement 10 days ago -- and let me tell you I underestimated how hard it would be. The pain, the need, the exhaustion - the unknown! Having gone through this with him it made me really take a hard look - not only at myself & how I committed to caring for my husband but also how I care for myself during such a challenging time. Self care if not selfish - so in this episode I am sharing some of the tips I used to make sure I was putting something in my own bucket while I was helping the one I love.
